All the ingredients you need to brew 5 gallons of a thick, black, and fantastic Whiskey Barrel Stout.
Brewer's Best has taken the traditional English Stout and added a helping of oak chips from an actual used charred whiskey barrel still.
For more fun, get a clean glass jar that you can seal and a bottle of your favorite whiskey or bourbon. Empty the whiskey chips into a clean glass jar and add just enough whiskey to cover the chips and let it sit for a month prior to brewing. Add that to a secondary and wait a month or two.
These chips do already have whiskey in them so that step is not necessary at all, but it does add your personal touch.
As this is a traditional English Stout it comes out to around 5%-6% ABV.
* If yeast has expired it will be replaced with fresh yeast before shipping.
